Chief Executive Officier Claus Møller

Dr. Claus Møller, M.D., Ph.D., has been Chief Executive Officer since June 2009 and is also a member of the board of directors of Azanta. Dr. Møller has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries and was a co-founder of the largest European biotech company, Genmab A/S, in 1999. Dr. Møller served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operational Officer and was instrumental in building the company from inception to the current market valuation of approximately DKK 10 billion. Dr. Møller left Genmab A/S in the summer of 2008 to concentrate on the development of the Azanta Group. Previous merits include Executive Vice President and Chief Medical and Operating Officer of Nasdaq listed Oxigene, Inc., and Medical Director of Synthélabo Scandinavia A/S. Dr. Møller received his M.D. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Copenhagen. As senior manager, Dr. Møller has been directly involved in two IPO's and numerous additional financing rounds, raising a total of more than DKK 3.0 billion. Dr. Møller serves on the board of directors of the companies, Epitherapeutics A/S and Terranol A/S. 

Chief Financial Officer Bo Kruse

Bo Kruse has been the Chief Financial Officer of Azanta since May 2009. Mr. Kruse has broad international finance experience, including knowledge of capital markets, accounting and other financing activities. Prior to joining Azanta, Mr. Kruse was the Chief Financial Officer of Genmab A/S, where he was instrumental in building the finance organization and was directly involved in several financing rounds including the company's IPO during his eight year tenure. Further, Mr. Kruse worked as a Senior Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he spent eight years. Mr. Kruse received his masters and bachelor degrees in economics from the Copenhagen Business School.
