Board of directors

The board of directors of Azanta consists of three members:

Per Gullestrup (Chairman)

Per Gullestrup has been with the Clipper Group since 1978 and is currently Partner and Chief Executive Officer for the Group's ferry and ro/ro activities. Per Gullestrup serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Center for Rygkirurgi A/S, Danske Færger A/S and others. He holds a number of additional board positions.

Klaus Edvardsen

Klaus Edvardsen is Medical Director and Project Leader for the pharmaceutical corporation GlaxoSmithKline, and has previously held managerial positions with Sanofi-Aventis and Genmab A/S. Klaus Edvardsen received his M.D. and Ph.D. from the University of Copenhagnen, and was previously Professor at the Universities of Lund and Bergen. Until 2009, Klaus Edvardsen was member of the Board of Directors of Azanta A/S.

Jens Munch-Hansen

Jens Munch- Hansen is Senior Executive Vice President for TDC A/S. In the period 1980-2009 Jens Munch-Hansen held a mumber of leading positions with IBM, including the position as President for IBM Nordic. Jens Munch-Hansen received his masters degree in commerce at the Copenhagen Business School. Jens Munch-Hansen is Chairman of the Board of Directors for a number of companies in the TDC Group and member of the Board of Directors of Scanjour A/S.
